After multiple disheartening news about his films, including the again delayed release of Dhanush-starrer Enai Noki Paayum Thota, Gautham Menon seems to have finally caught a break. Reports suggest that he will be reuniting with Suriya for a film, which will be bankrolled by Lyca Productions. 

The actor-director duo has previously worked on two blockbusters, Kaakha Kaakha and Vaaranam Aayiram, and was involved in discussions for a couple more projects, which unfortunately did not materialise. 

However, it is expected that this film will be Suriya's next after Soorarai Potru with Sudha Kongara, and Siva's film for Studio Green. Incidentally, Lyca Productions is also producing Suriya's upcoming film, Kaappaan, which is scheduled for a September 20 release.
