Nivin Pauly's Moothon certified U/A; to release on November 8

Director Geetu Mohandas’ Moothon has cleared the censors with a U/A certificate. The Nivin Pauly-starrer, said to be a Mumbai-based gritty crime film about a boy searching for his elder brother, is confirmed for release on November 8. 

Anurag Kashyap has penned the film’s Hindi dialogues and also serve as a co-producer. Rajeev Ravi has lensed this Malayalam-Hindi bilingual.

Scripted by Geetu herself, Moothon also stars Sobhita Dhulipala, Roshan Mathew, Shashank Arora, and Dileesh Pothan.

The film made its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival where it won raves. Recently, it was screened to much applause at the Mumbai Film Festival (MAMI) where it was the opening film.
