With Vijay’s Bigil turning out to be a blockbuster hit that is rumoured to have crossed the 100 crore-mark at the box office in a matter of three days, the actor has already moved on to his next project with director Lokesh Kanagaraj. Tentatively titled Thalapathy 64, it is now rumoured that Brigida, who is known for her role as Pavi teacher in the web series Aaha Kalyanam, has been roped in for a role in the film.

Aaha Kalyanam is a Tamil web series, currently streaming on YouTube, which has become quite popular with Brigida already gaining a considerable fan following social media platforms.

Thalapathy 64, meanwhile, also has Vijay Sethupathi playing the antagonist, as well as Shanthanu and Antony Varghese as part of its cast. Recent reports also suggest that Andrea Jeremiah has come on board the project, though there is no official confirmation of this yet.
