Mahanati-fame Nag Ashwin has donned the producer hat for a comedy entertainer titled Jaathi Ratnalu. Featuring Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya-fame Naveen Polishetty, Rahul Ramakrishna, and Priyadarshi in the lead roles, the film marks the debut of Anudeep KV as the director. 

The first look and motion poster of Jaathi Ratnalu showing the trio in prison uniforms bearing numbers, 420, 840 and 210 was released today. 

"It's a crazy combination and the film is an out-and-out entertainer. About 75 per cent of the shoot is completed and the entire proceedings will be wrapped by this year-end," reads a statement from the production house, Swapna Cinema. 

While Naveen Polishetty is basking in the glory of Hindi film Chhichhore, Rahul and Priyadarshi have won accolades for their performance in Brochevarevarura.

Radhan of Arjun Reddy fame composes the music for Jaathi Ratnalu, which also stars Murali Sharma, Tanikella Bharani, Vennela Kishore, and VK Naresh in supporting roles.
