The first-look poster of Motichoor Chaknachoor is out. The wedding comedy stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui as a 36-year-old man looking for a bride. The Scared Games actor is paired opposite Athiya Shetty, who made her Bollywood debut in Hero and has appeared in the films Mubarakan and Nawabzaade. 

A few days ago, the Bombay High Court put a stay on the release of Motichoor Chaknachoor’s trailer. As per reports, director Debamitra Biswal had approached the court over non-payment of dues by producers Woodpecker Movies Private Limited. The stay, however, was soon lifted and the trailer was released on October 11. 

Motichoor Chaknachoor also stars Vibha Chibber, Navni Parihar, Vivek Mishra, Karuna Pandey, Sanjeev Vats and Abhishek Rawat. The film is scheduled to release on November 15.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui was last seen in Sacred Games 2. The actor essays a romantic character opposite Tamannaah Bhatia in Bole Chudiyan. He also has a cameo appearance in Housefull 4.
