Bollywood actor Nana Patekar, who was last seen in Rajinikanth’s Kaala, is reportedly a part of Jayam Ravi’s upcoming film with I Ahmed. An official confirmation is awaited. Notably, this will be Nana’s first project after he was accused in the Me Too movement by actor Tanushree Dutta. 

Tentatively being referred to as JR 25, the film has Taapsee Pannu play the female lead. Apart from her, Iranian actor Elnaaz Norouzi, Dayana Erappa,  Rahman and MS Bhaskar have been roped in to play a key roles. JR 25 has been reported to be a spy thriller. The crew recently shot in Azerbaijan and it has been reported that the final schedule has been planned in Istanbul. 

Ahmed is known for films like Engeyum Punnagai and Manithan. Jayam Ravi, on the other hand, was recently seen in Comali.
