Despite being launched in 2017, Garuda, starring Siddharth Mahesh, Ashika Ranganath, and Aindrita Ray, was delayed due to various reasons. However, the makers have revealed that the shooting has finally been wrapped up.

According to Siddharth, a lot of time has gone into creating an eagle, which plays an important role in Garuda. In addition, the visual effects for fighter jets and warships, which are some of the highlights of the film, have been time consuming, says the actor.

The recently-released trailer of Garuda features Siddharth playing a Navy officer who has terrorist inclinations. “The film shows me in four shades, and two of these characters are being kept under wraps by the team. These will be revealed around release time,” says the actor who made his debut with Sipayi.

Garuda also features Srinagara Kitty as a cop, and Kamna Jethmalani. The film's music has been scored by Raghu Dixit and it has cinematography by Jai Anand.
