Sushant Singh Rajput-Jacqueline Fernandez’s heist film Drive will release on Netflix on November 1. The film will be skipping its theatrical release and arriving directly on the streaming platform. 

The first song from the film, titled Makhna, was released on Thursday. The track is composed by Tanishk Bagchi and voiced by Tanishk, Yasser Desai and Asees Kaur. 

Drive is directed by Tarun Manshukhani and produced by Dharma Productions. The film was completed in early 2018. Vibha Chibber, Sapna Pabbi, Boman Irani, Pankaj Tripathi and Vikramjeet Virk are also part of the cast. Sushant had previously described the film as a high-octane heist thriller with multiple twists and turns. 

Jacqueline Fernandez was last seen in Race 3 and in a special appearance in Saaho. Sushant played the lead in Nitesh Tiwari’s Chhichhore. The actor’s upcoming release is Dil Bechara, an adaptation of John Green’s The Fault in Our Stars.
