Shankar’s sequel to his 1996 hit film Indian has been making headlines for its ensemble cast. Now, it looks like the crew might have another interesting addition.

Tharshan, who garnered a lot of fans and support with his recent stint at the Bigg Boss Tamil 3 house, seems to have been roped in to play an important character in the vigilante drama. Sources suggest that Kamal, the host of the Bigg Boss show, had called Tharshan for a private meeting and had offered the role to him. 

If the reports are true, Tharshan will be joining Kamal Haasan, Siddharth, Kajal Agarwal, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Vivekh, and Rakul Preet in Indian 2.

The crew is currently filming the second schedule in Sriperumbudur. This schedule is expected to end on October 7. While Kamal, Rakul, Siddharth, and Priya have begun shooting for their portions, Kajal will join the sets in November.
