Jiiva's Seeru, directed by Rathina Siva of Rekka fame, will hit the screens on December 20. The film will face Sivakarthikeyan's Hero at the box office. 

Seeru, bankrolled by Vels Film International, has Riya Suman and Arinthum Ariyamalum-fame Navdeep playing the female lead and antagonist, respectively. Also starring Sathish in an important role, the film is said to be an action thriller. It has music by D Imman.

Apart from this film, Jiiva, who was last seen in Gorilla, has Raju Murugan's Gypsy, Kalathil Sandhipom alongside Arulnithi and Ranveer Singh's 83 in the pipeline.
