In a recent interaction on Twitter, Suriya, while conversing with his fans, confirmed that he's in talks for a film with his wife and actor, Jyotika. When a fan asked if he would collaborate again with Jyotika in the near future, the actor revealed that he had, in fact, started listening to a script earlier today. 

Adding that he has only listened to half the script so far, Suriya said, "If everything goes well, I would love to share screen space with Jyotika."

The husband-wife duo has previously worked on several film such as Poovellam Kettuppar (1999), Uyirile Kalanthathu (2000), Kaakha Kaakha (2003), Perazhagan (2004), Maayavi (2005) and Sillunu Oru Kaadhal (2006).

Suriya is currently awaiting the release of NGK on May 31. He also has Kaappaan, Soorarai Pottru and an untitled film with director Siva, in various stages of production. Jyotika, on the other hand, has Jackpot, a film co-starring Karthi, and one with debutant director JJ Frederick.
