The Vishal-starrer, Ayogya, the official Tamil remake of the Telugu hit, Temper, was supposed to have hit the theatres today. But now, we hear that the release of the film has been postponed.

Producer Tagore Madhu has said that the film could not be released due to unavoidable circumstances. Vishal, disappointed with the development, put out a tweet saying that he has given his best for the film, sometimes even outside his capacity as an actor.

Ayogya having made an impressive pre-release business, the reasons behind the film's postponement remain obscure. Some sources claim that the release has been stopped because the producer has been influenced by the people who are against Vishal

Also, according to reports, Vishal has recently given back the Telugu theatrical rights worth 2 crores to the producer as per the film chamber's request. So, there are no known financial road blocks as such for the film's release.

An official press meet is expected to be held by the producer later today.
