Dha Dha 87 director Vijay Sri G seems to love working on multiple projects. While he is currently directing actor Hamsavardhan in Peetru, he has simultaneously developed the script for his next, which has been titled PUBG.

"We wanted to use a very catchy title, and I found this perfect for my next film, which will be a commercial action entertainer," says Vijay Sri, who reveals that a major star will play the lead of the film. PUBG will be a Malayalam-Tamil bilingual.

Remaining tight-lipped about the project, which is planned to go on floors this October, Vijay Sri says, "Just like how Charuhasan sir was the USP of my directorial debut, the title of my next will pique the audience's interest. The game is something which has captured the minds of the youth and children of the country."

Meanwhile, Vijay Sri reveals that Peetru is in its final stages of shooting. The film, which is the comeback of Hamsavardhan, who was last seen in the 2007 film Piragu, is about a batch of super seniors, and also have a track about a king who ruled over Chennai.

Apart from Peetru and PUBG, the director is also making a horror film, titled Brain, which will once again be bilingual. "We had released the first look of the poster at midnight, and we are planning to do the same with the teaser, and trailer, which will be released soon."
