We know that Geetha Govindam-fame Rashmika Mandanna is making her Tamil debut through Karthi's next with Bakkiyaraj Kannan.

A rumour stating that the Kirik Party actor has signed her second film in the language has been doing rounds online recently. Reports said that she will be starring opposite Sivakarthikeyan in Vignesh Shivan's next, bankrolled by Lyca Productions. However, a source close to the actor has rubbished the rumour. 

The Vignesh-Sivakarthikeyan film, which is being made on a huge budget, has music by Anirudh Ravichander and is scheduled to go on floors in July.

Rashmika is currently awaiting the release of the multilingual Dear Comrade, co-starring Vijay Deverakonda. She also has Pogaru, alongside Dhruva Sarja in Kannada.
