Director Arivazhagan and actor Aadhi are all set to reunite with a horror-thriller, ten years after their first collaboration, Eeram. Incidentally, Eeram, which was bankrolled by filmmaker Shankar's production house, was also a horror-thriller and marked the debut of Arivazhagan, a former assistant of the 2.0 director. This was also the breakout movie for Aadhi, who was last seen in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual, U-Turn.

While it is confirmed that the actor-director duo will be back together after a decade, an official announcement regarding the rest of the cast and crew is expected to come out soon.

Arivazhagan, who last directed the Arun Vijay-starrer Kuttram 23, was supposed to work on a psychological thriller starring Nayanthara, and a family drama-thriller with Manju Warrier. However, both these projects haven't taken off for unknown reasons. Meanwhile, Aadhi has the Tamil remake of RX 100 in the pipeline.
