Puneeth Rajkumar, who is currently shooting for Yuvarathnaa, directed by Santhosh Ananddram, is said to have given the green signal to his next project, James
. 
The film will be helmed by Chethan Kumar, who will be associating with the actor for the first time. An official announcement of the project will be made along with a motion poster on Puneeth’s birthday - March 17. 

Produced by Kishore Pathikonda, the film will be a complete mass entertainer and the project will take off soon. Chethan is currently directing Bharaate with Sriimurali and  Sreeleela in the lead.
