Dileep’s upcoming film with writer-director Vyasan KP, whose previous directorial was Ayal Jeevichirippundu (2017), has been titled Shubarathri. The film will see the actor paired opposite Anu Sithara for the first time. 

Shubarathri will also see Dileep teaming up once again with Siddique, Saiju Kurup and Suraj Venjaramoodu after Kodathi Samaksham Balan Vakeel. As per reports, Saikumar, Nedumudi Venu, Hareesh Perady, Asha Sarath, Indrans, and Nadirshah are also part of the cast. 

Said to be inspired by true events, Shubarathri is bankrolled by Aroma Mohan, and is expected to start rolling on March 12.
