Anupam Kher-Isha Gupta’s upcoming film, One Day: Justice Delivered, will now arrive on July 5. The film was earlier announced to release on June 14. “We didn’t get censor cuts clearances on time so film print could not be delivered to overseas distributors. We wanted worldwide release on same date. So we moved to 5th July with the joint decision of producer, director and distributor,” the makers stated.

Directed by Ashok Nanda, One Day: Justice Delivered follows a retired judge (Kher) trying to correct his past mistakes. Esha Gupta plays a Haryanvi Special Branch officer on his trail. The supporting cast includes Kumud Mishra, Anant Mahadevan, Zarina Wahab, Zakir Hussain and Rajesh Sharma.

Anupam Kher was last seen in Hotel Mumbai, co-starring Dev Patel. The veteran actor portrayed the part of Chef Hemant Oberoi, one of the survivors of the 26/11 terror attacks at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai. Esha Gupta’s last appearance was in Total Dhamaal. She is a part of Hera Pheri 3, to be directed by Indra Kumar.
