Vikas Pushpagiri quit his IT job to pursue filmmaking. His debut film Neuron is a scientific thriller starring newcomer Yuva in the lead. 

“Neuron is the nerve cell. Every action we do is signalled to the brain by these neurons. I have spun my film around this theme,” says the director. The film has four female leads played by Neha Patil, Vaishnavi Menon, Shilpa Shetty and Varsha. 

Apart from them, Neuron has Kabir Duhan Singh and senior artistes Aravind Rao and Jai Jagadish playing pivotal roles.
