Even as we await the release of Nerkonda Paarvai, the first collaboration between actor Ajith, director H Vinoth, and producer Boney Kapoor, updates about their next is doing the rounds. While earlier reports suggested Ajith would play a cop in the film, it has now come to light that Thala 60 will be an action entertainer in which Ajith will play a bike racer. It is also speculated that the film will be shot in locations like Budapest, South Africa, and the Middle East.

Meanwhile, Nerkonda Paarvai is scheduled to hit the screens on August 10. The Tamil remake of Pink (2016), the H Vinoth-directorial stars Vidya Balan, Shraddha Srinath, Kalki Koechlin, and Delhi Ganesh. Ajith and Shraddha reprise the roles of Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu, respectively.
