Director Prashanth Neel, who has been enjoying nationwide attention after the stupendous success of the period actioner, KGF: Chapter 1, is all set to debut in Tollywood with a film starring Jr NTR. Speculations abound that he has initiated talks with Mythri Movie Makers for a big-budget extravaganza starring the RRR star and that it will be a Telugu-Kannada bilingual, which will also be presented in Tamil and Hindi. Though Prashanth has not yet given his nod, Mythri Movie Makers seem confident of roping in the director.

This fresh rumour comes on the heels of Prashanth aapparently collaborating with Mahesh Babu for a film under Dil Raju's production. His meeting with Prabhas has also sparked off speculation that he will team up with the Baahubali actor for a film after KGF: Chapter 2.

However, despite repeated attempts to reach Prashanth Neel seeking clarification on the news, the filmmaker remained unavailable.
