Allu Sirish, who celebrated his 32nd birthday on May 30, received best wishes from his followers and fraternity members on Twitter last Thursday. The Kotha Janta actor's last release was ABCD, a remake of the Malayalam film of the same name that failed to live up to the expectations of audience and critics alike.

Acknowledging the birthday wishes, the actor also talked about ABCD's poor show, in a note he shared on social media. "My director Sanjeev and all of us at ABCD unit have worked very hard to make an entertaining film. Despite our best efforts, the film couldn’t deliver what was expected of it. I humbly accept the audience verdict and all feedback on the film," posted Sirish.

He concluded the note by vowing to "continue to work hard and strive to deliver better films in the future."
