Producer Mahesh Danannavar, who is bankrolling Gaalipata 2, has already signed Sharan for his second venture, and the project will once again be directed by Yogaraj Bhat.

“It is a rom-com set in North Karnataka and the subject is very apt for Sharan. It is going to be an interesting and fresh combination. I will be taking up this project as soon as I complete Gaalipata 2,” says producer Mahesh.

“Even though our first project is yet to go on floors, I'm already excited about my second with Sharan,” he adds.

Mahesh Dannavar is the producer of the blockbuster Gujarati film Shu Thayu.
