Jimmi Simpson has been cast to play a vital role in the psychological thriller Unhinged. Produced by Solstice Studios, the film has an impressive cast that includes actors like Russell Crowe and Caren Pistorius. The shooting of the project is currently underway in New Orleans.

Unhinged is directed by Derrick Borte of American Dreamer-fame and written by Carl Ellsworth, who wrote Disturbia. The makers have planned to release the film in the second half of the next year. 

Simpson, best known for acting in House of Cards and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, is currently acting opposite Ben Kingsley and Jacki Weaver in Perpetual Grace, LTD and he recently finished shooting for Tate Taylor’s Breaking News in Yuba County alongside Allison Janney, Regina Hall, and Mila Kunis.
