Nawab Shah joins Rajinikanth's Darbar 

It may be noted that the film already has Suniel Shetty and Prateik Babbar, playing the villains

Bollywood actor Nawab Shah, who was last seen in Salman Khan's Tiger Zinda Hai, has been roped in to play one of the antagonists in Rajinikanth’s Darbar, directed by AR Murugadoss. Nawab has previously worked in Tamil films like Gajendra, Bose and Yaan

It may be noted that Darbar already has Suniel Shetty and Prateik Babbar, playing the villains. Apart from them, the film stars actors like Nayanthara, Yogi Babu, Anandaraj, Harish Uttaman, and Bose Venkat in important roles. 

Featuring Rajinikanth as a Mumbai-based cop, the film has music by  Anirudh Ravichander, cinematography by Santosh Sivan and editing by Sreekar Prasad. The film has been planned to be released on January 9, 2020.
