Rian Johnson's Knives Out trailer is here

Rian Johnson, best known for his directorial work in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, returns to his mystery roots in his whodunnit thirller Knives Out. The filmmaker got his break into the industry with his 2005 mystery drama, Brick. Before Johnson gets to direct his next Star Wars film, he has delved into a smaller project with a star-studded cast. 

The trailer features Daniel Craig and Lakeith Stanfield, who play detectives arriving at a family home to investigate a death, only to later discover 'foul play' in family secrets. The film also features Chris Evans, his first role after he bid adieu to his iconic character Captain America in Avengers: Endgame earlier this year. The movie is said to be a tribute to mystery writer Agatha Christe. 

Jamie Lee Curtis, Michael Shannon, Ana de Armas, Toni Collette, and Don Johnson also play suppprting roles in the film. 

Knives Out arrives in theatres on November 27th.
