Bharaate release date fixed for September 27

This is producer Suprith’s debut venture and he is looking for a pan-India release in over 730 screens

The shooting of Sriimurali-starrer Bharaate, directed by Chethan Kumar, has been completed, and the team started the dubbing work today. The action-packed family drama, that marks the debut of producer Suprith, will be released on September 27, ahead of Dasara festival and the holiday season.

Sriimurali returns to the screen with this film, his first with director Chethan, after a year's gap. The production house is planning a pan-India release in over 730 screens. Bharaate boasts of a huge star cast, comprising 75 artistes, and it features Sreeleela as the female lead.

Arjun Janya has scored the music, while Gire has cranked the camera. Bharaate features nine villains, including the brothers, Saikumar, Ravi Shankar and Ayyappa Sharma, in one frame, with Avinash, Sharath Lohitashwa Raju Waade, Manmohan, Uggram Manju and Deepak as some of the other members of the cast.
