Tamannaah, who is basking in the success of F2: Fun & Frustration, has been getting plenty of offers. The Baahubali-actor has been approached for the lead role opposite Gopichand in the latter's new film, directed by Thiru.

A source from the production unit reveals, "After tossing up a few names, the team has shortlisted Tamannaah as they felt that she would fit the bill perfectly. Thiru has recently initiated the dialogue with her. She is keen to do the film and Thiru will be meeting her for a detailed narration soon after he wraps up the first schedule in Jaisalmer."

Meanwhile, Tamannaah will start shooting for Chiranjeevi's period film, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy wherein she essays the role of a Bharatanatyam dancer.
