SJ Suryah's film with Amitabh Bachchan, Uyarndha Manidhan, to go on floors on March 20

Uyarndha Manithan, which stars SJ Suryah and Amitabh Bachchan in lead roles, will go on floors on March 20. Directed by Kalvanin Kadhali fame Tamizhvaanan, the film will be Amitabh Bachchan’s Tamil debut. The Thugs of Hindostan actor has reportedly given 40 days for the film and will shoot his portions in a single stretch. Uyarndha Manidhan is expected to release in Tamil and Hindi.

While earlier, the film was announced to be produced by Thiruchendur Murugan Productions in association with Five Elements pictures, sources now tell us that the film will be bankrolled by Purple Bull International Private Limited. The rest of the cast and crew are yet to be unveiled.

SJ Suryah is currently awaiting the release of Monster which is directed by Oru Naal Koothu fame Nelson Venkatesan. He also has Maya-director Ashwin Saravanan’s Iravakaalam in the pipeline.
