Jagapathi Babu to play Vishal's villain once again

Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu, who was recently seen as the villain in the Ajith’s Viswasam, will again be playing a villain in a Tamil film -- Vishal’s next. Sources in the know say that the actor will begin shooting for the project by the end of February. Incidentally, Jagapathi has previously played the antagonist in Vishal's Kaththi Sandai.

Directed by Sundar C, the upcoming untitled project will funded by Trident Arts and marks the director’s third collaboration with Vishal after Madha Gaja Raja and Aambala. Touted to be an action thriller, Tammannah and Aishwarya Lekshmi are set to play the female leads in the project. Harris Jeyaraj is said to be the front-runner to compose the music for the film. 

Sundar C is currently awaiting the release of his Vantha Rajavathan Varuven, starring STR, while Vishal is working on Ayogya, the Tamil remake of the Tollywood hit, Temper
