Vijay Antony is set to join hands with Metro-fame Ananda Krishnan in his upcoming film, which is touted to be a political thriller. 

The film, bankrolled by TD Raja under his Chenthur Film Internationals banner, has NS Uthayakumar cranking the camera. With music by Uru-fame Johan, the details of the rest of the cast and crew is expected soon. 

This will be the second political thriller in Vijay Antony's career since the 2017 film Yeman, which was directed by Jeeva Shankar. 

Meanwhile, the composer-turned-actor has an interesting set of films in the pipeline, including Leelai-fame Andrew's Kolaigaran, in which he shares screen space with Arjun. He recently completed the first schedule of Agni Siragugal, directed by Moodar Koodam Naveen, which also stars Arun Vijay. And after last year's Thimiru Pudichavan, Vijay Antony will once again don the khaki in a yet-untitled film directed by Senthil Kumar.
