Olivia Colman to act in HBO’s Landscapers

CE Features

HBO, in a collaboration with Sky, is making a mini-series, titled Landscapers, with Olivia Colman in the lead. The British actor will also be the executive producer of the four-part series.

Alexander Payne will direct the show, which will be written by Ed Sinclair. The show is based on real-life killers Susan and Christopher Edwards, who killed her parents and buried the bodies in the garden. They also stole the money of the victims and managed to get away without getting caught for more than 15 years.

The makers haven't confirmed the actor, who is going to play the role of Christopher in the show.

Lanscapers is based on extensive research work on the murder and interview of the perpetrators. The production house is yet to announce the release date for the show.

Olivia Colma won Oscar Award last year for her performance in Yorgos Lanthimos's period black drama The Favourite. He is also known for her roles in the shows Fleabag, and The Broadchurch.
