After walking out from the Star Wars trilogy, David Benioff and DB Weiss are set to producer a horror thriller with Warner Bros. 

What if the horror stories of HP Lovecraft - the Mountains of Madness and the short story The Call of Cthulhu - were not fiction but real. This is the premise of the graphic novel Lovecraft by Hans Rodionoff and artist Keith Giffen.

Now, the novel is being adapted for a feature film of the same name, produced by DB Weiss and David Benioff. The film is set in the 1920s. 

Phil Hay and Matt Manfredi have been roped in to write the screenplay for the film.
