Nivetha Pethuraj, who is awaiting the release of Vijay Sethupathi-starrer Sanga Thamizhan, has signed her next project in Tamil, and it will apparently be a female-centric film. Directed by debutant Pradeep, an official announcement with more details on this project is expected soon.

Nivetha, who was last seen in Tamil in Vijay Antony's Thimiru Pudichavan, has since seen success in Telugu with Brochevarevarura and Chitralahari.

Aside from Sanga Thamizhan, the actor also has a Telugu film with Allu Arjun (AA19) in the pipeline. In this film, said to be titled Vaikuntapuramlo, she plays Allu Arjun's sister. Nivetha has reportedly signed the Telugu remake of Thadam as well.
