The recently announced project, Puri Jagannath's next starring Vijay Deverakonda, has been confirmed to be titled Fighter. Puri Jagannath pairing up with someone with a Rowdy image like Vijay Deverakonda after a blockbuster like iSmart Shankar, is bound to be exciting. "The audience will be seeing a mass avatar of Vijay Deverakonda like never before," says a source in the know-how.

This indeed will be an interesting change over for Vijay Devarakonda, whose 'image' has been a much refined and urban in comparison to the quintessential Puri hero.

Meanwhile, Puri Jagannath has also registered the title Double iSmart for the sequel of iSmart Shankar, but details of that project are yet to be revealed.

Vijay Deverakonda's film Hero, which was earlier announced, has reportedly been shelved, and hence Puri's movie will probably be his next after Dear Comrade.
