We had earlier reported that Jiiva will be collaborating with Rekka-director Rathina Siva. Now, it has been revealed that the film has been titled Seeru. Along with the title, the makers also unveiled the first look of the film. Seeru is slated to hit the screens this October. 

Apart from Jiiva, Seeru will star Navdeep as the antagonist. The film has cinematography by Prasanna Kumar (Pichaikkaran, Boomerang) and music by D Imman. Seeru has been produced by Isari Ganesh under the Vels Film International banner. 

Meanwhile, Jiiva has Kalathil Sandhippom where he shares screen space with Arulnithi. The actor will also be making his Bollywood debut with the cricket film ‘83, where he will be playing Krishnamari Srikkanth.
