CE Features

Djimon Hounsou, best known for playing the wizard Shazam in the film of the same name as well as Korath the Pursuer in Guardians of the Galaxy, has been signed to replace Brian Tyree Henry in the much-anticipated sequel to 2018's A Quiet Place, after the latter had to exit the project due to scheduling conflicts.

Directed by John Krasinski, the original followed a family of four forced to live in silence in a dystopian future where creatures hunt the living based on sound. Krasinski is all set to return as actor and director in the as-yet-untitled sequel, with Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe also reprising their roles.

Horror film-favourite Cilian Murphy has been added to the sequel which is scheduled for release on March 20, 2020.
