After playing the lead in films such as Gurkha and Dharmaprabhu, Yogi Babu will be seen as the male lead in a horror film. Titled Kadhal Modhal 50/50, the ‘horror comedy with a huge dose of action’ will be directed by Krishna Sai, who had earlier helmed the Kannada film Traya.

With music by Dharan Kumar, the project is currently in post-production. The first look and trailer of Kadhal Modhal 50/50 will be unveiled soon.

Apart from this, Yogi Babu has a slew of films in the pipeline. The actor will play the lead in Mandela, produced by Y Not Studios and Balaji Mohan’s Open Window. He will also be seen in Rajinikanth’s Darbar, Vijay’s Bigil, Tamannaah’s Petromax, and Sivakarthikeyan’s untitled film with Pandiaraj, among others.
