Nithiin's new film with producer Anand Prasad has been in the news ever since the makers confirmed Chandrasekhar Yeleti as the director. It is learnt that the director has approached Rakul Preet for the female lead role, and if sources close to the actor are anything to go by, she has agreed in principle to be a part of this untitled film.

"Rakul was impressed with the storyline and has shown interest in collaborating with Yeleti. The duo are working on several aspects including remuneration and call sheets. If everything falls into place, Rakul will sign the contract in the first week of May, soon after her return from the Portugal schedule of Manmadhudu 2," informs a source.

MM Keeravani has been roped in to provide music for this action drama. The principal shooting of this film will commence later this month.

Yeleti's last outing, Manamantha was a commercial failure. Nithiin, meanwhile, has recently signed director Ramesh Varma’s next, which also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead.
