CE Features

It looks like veteran director SA Chandrasekhar might make a directorial comeback. Reports suggest that the Sattam Oru Iruttarai filmmaker is all set to direct a film with Jai as the lead. The project is expected to go on floors later this month. An official announcement, however, is awaited.

In the past few years, SA Chandrasekhar has acted in several projects. He was last seen playing the lead role in Traffic Ramaswamy, directed by his erstwhile assistant Vicky. On the direction front, he last helmed the 2015 film, Touring Talkies.

Jai, meanwhile, is busy shooting for Gopi Nainar’s upcoming project. The Raja Rani actor also has Neeya 2, Venkat Prabhu’s Party, and a superhero film titled Breaking News in various stages of production. He is also making his Malayalam debut with Mammootty’s Madhura Raja, which is a sequel to the 2010 film Pokkiri Raja.
