Rajinikanth's commercial entertainer, Petta, is now available on the media streaming platform, Netflix. Karthik Subbaraj, the director of the film, shared the news on his Twitter handle.

The film, which was released along with Ajith's Viswasam, was widely celebrated by the audience for the characterisation of Rajinikanth and it had a successful run at the box office. 

It is notable that the deleted scenes and making of the film were released in the Sun Nxt platform a few weeks ago. 

Produced by Sun Pictures, Petta also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Vijay Sethupathi, Trisha, Simran, Megha Akasha and Sasikumar in important roles, and has music by Anirudh Ravichander.
