Akhil Akkineni’s third film, which is shaping up under the direction of Tholi Prema-fame Venky Atluri, has been titled Mr Majnu. The Hello actor took to Twitter to announce the news and also shared the first look teaser of the film on Wednesday.

The teaser shows the flirty side of Akhil and also gives references to the actor’s grandfather Akkineni Nageswara Rao’s Devadas and father Nagarjuna’s Manmadhudu with a background song that goes Devadasu Manavado, Manmadhudiki Varasudo.

Shot extensively in London, the film shows Akhil as a philandering playboy. Produced by BVSN Prasad, the film also stars Nidhhi Agerwal as the female lead and has music by SS Thaman.
