Shivarajkumar's Bhairati Ranagal to be an origin story

CE Features

Bhairati Ranagal will be the 125th film of Shivarajkumar, and it will be helmed by Narthan. His role in this film will give a backstory to the underworld don character he played in Mufti, which was released in 2017.

The star loved the character in Mufti so much that it got developed into a lead role in Bhairati Ranagal. The film, now in the scripting stage, will focus on the rise of Bhairati Ranagal. Incidentally, we had earlier reported that a film titled Bhairati Ranagal will be made under Shivarajkumar’s home banner Sri Muthu Production.

Currently, Shivarajkumar is awaiting the release of Kavacha, following which he has Rustum and Drona in the pipeline. The actor will start shooting for Dwarakish Chitra’s 52nd film, Anand, directed by P Vasu from the first week of December. He also has SRKto be directed by Lucky Gopal, and a film with Tamil director, Muthaiah.
