Leading filmmakers and producers of Bollywood like Ritesh Sidhwani, Rajkumar Hirani, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Aanand L Rai, and Mahaveer Jain, along with Aamir Khan who was the only actor at the meeting, met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday afternoon, in Delhi. 

Though it was earlier rumoured to be a meeting regarding the Me Too movement, a reliable source refuted this saying it was a meeting to discuss the day to day issues faced by the people working in the industry. The source also added, "It was a collaborative effort of all the people involved to come forward and seek solutions from the Prime Minister directly and address these issues.”
