Ali backs Gowtham Rajkumar's Desamlo Dongalu Paddaru

Actor-comedian Ali has turned presenter for a social drama titled Desamlo Dongalu Paddaru. Featuring Khayyum, Taniahq Rajan and Pelli-fame Prudvi in lead roles, the film marks the debut of Gowtham Rajkumar as the director. 

It deals with the issues of injustice and fraud prevalent in our society. The core plot is centred around human trafficking where young women are held captive and forced to work in horrendous conditions. Shot predominantly in Visakhapatnam, Chintapalle forest, Donkarai and Hyderabad, the film is slated for release on October 4.

Confirming the news, Ali said, “The film comes with a unique storyline and I’m pleased with the output. I’m glad to see my brother Khayyum being part of this team of skilled technicians. Chiranjeevi garu has unveiled the trailer of our film and it has given us a huge boost.”
