With lyrics by Uma Devi, the new song has been recorded by music director Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film's director, Selvaraghavan, took to Twitter to share the update. "NGK Recording with our maestro Yuvan Shankar Raja, the wonderful Sid Sriram, and super-talented Uma Devi. Superb combination," he tweeted.

Yuvan also shared a glimpse of the song recording on his Twitter page, tagging the director and the singer.

Having wrapped up a schedule of his upcoming film with KV Anand, Suriya is currently busy with the last schedule of NGK, along with the female leads, Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet. The film, produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, marks Suriya's first collaboration with Selvaraghavan.

Suriya is also simultaneously shooting for KV Anand's Suriya 37, in which the actor is said to play a member of the National Security Guard.
