Simbu begins dubbing for Vandha Rajavathan Varuven

Simbu has started dubbing for his upcoming film with Sundar C, Vandha Rajavathaan Varuven (VRV). Several pictures of the actor in the dubbing studio surfaced recently on social media platforms. The film was recently in the news after Simbu gave out a statement quelling rumours about him receiving a red card and also confirmed VRV’s release on Pongal. According to the current announced schedules, the film will clash with Rajinikanth-Karthik Subburaj’s Petta and Ajith-Siva’s Viswasam at the box office.

VRV is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster Atharintiki Daaredi, starring Pawan Kalyan. The Tamil remake will also feature Megha Akash, Catherine Tresa, Bigg Boss-fame Mahat, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu and Robo Shankar, with music by Hip Hop Aadhi.  Simbu was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s Chekka Chivantha Vaanam and also played a cameo in Jyotika’s Kaatrin Mozhi.
