Buzz has it that Natasha Singh has been roped into play the female lead in Jiiva-starrer Gypsy, directed by Raju Murugan of Joker fame. A source close to the film unit says the famous Hindi television actor will make her Kollywood debut with this film.

Unconfirmed sources say Natasha plays a girl-next-door from an orthodox family. Touted to be a travelogue, Gypsy is said to have a strong social message, besides the usual commercial elements.  Raju had told us previously that he was touring across the country to finalise exotic locations. Jiiva, who is currently busy with Gorilla, will start shooting for Gypsy once he's done with existing commitments.
