Shah Rukh Khan is currently shooting for his new film Zero at Alabama, and the latest we hear is that Madhavan has joined the cast. Maddy, who has shared screen space with Aamir Khan in 3 Idiots and Rang de Basanti, is collaborating with SRK for the first time in his career, and is said to be pretty excited about it. Directed by Aanand L Rai, the film which has Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif as the female leads, features SRK in the role of a dwarf. The film also stars Salman Khan, Sridevi (her last appearance), Rani Mukherjee, Kajol, Karishma Kapoor in special roles.

Zero is slated for release on December 24.
