Enga Veetu Mappillai Abarnathi to play the female lead in GV Prakash-Vasanthabalan film 

The actor-composer made his debut through the director's Veyil

Director Vasanthabalan is returning to direction after four years, and music director and actor GV Prakash has been roped in to play the lead in his upcoming film. The director, who is known for his hard-hitting films like Veyil, Angadi Theru, and Aravaan, has not made a new film since Kaaviya Thalaivan in 2014. 

The latest we hear is that Abarnathi of Enga Veetu Mappillai fame has been roped in to play the female lead opposite GV Prakash. Produced by Krikes Cine Creations, the film will be officially launched tomorrow. 

The cast of this yet-to-be-titled film also includes Radhika Sarathkumar, 'Pasanga' Paandi and Baahubali-fame Prabhakar, while the technical crew consists of GV Prakash for music, Raymond Derrick Crasta for editing, Anl Arasu for stunts, and Ganesh Chandra for cinematography.
